Account Manager – WD
What you will do:
As Account Manager you will create growth through building relationships with specific accounts or opportunities, incremental to the current access controls and CCTV portfolio. The role will expand existing relationships and create new. The role is a senior position within the commercial organization, and it is expected that the successful candidate will hold/generate c-level relationships with target prospects and enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for defined high value accounts with customers and contractors.
How you will do it:
As Account Manager you will be hold responsibility for contractor activity, creating sales of access control and CCTV solutions whilst maintaining an enterprise mindset and seeking to increase wallet share. You will create value through innovative, integrated solution opportunity generation. You will identify the best accounts for growth opportunities as well as having the opportunity to generate your own prospects through careful planning & business development activity. You will create opportunities to tender on projects and present technical information to board level. You will manage opportunities and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
What we look for
Previous success in a technical Account Manager or Business Development Manager position. Experience of business to business technical solutions sales. Ability to design access control and CCTV installation projects in a commercial environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service. Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organisation. Ability to create winning plans and bring teams together for mutual success. Full UK driving license.
Existing relationships with main contractors or M&E contractors. Ability to demonstrate adding value in the sales process. Knowledge/experience using CRMs, in particular Salesforce.com
