We’re looking for an Administrator to provide support to the Financial Crime Team to assist in ensuring that appropriate systems and controls are in place, as far as reasonably possible and to prevent the relevant Aon UK companies from being used as a vehicle in the furtherance of financial crime.
This role can be based out of either our Epsom, Leeds or Glasgow offices and also offers the flexibility to work from as an when required.

About the Role
Your impact as Financial Crime Administrator:
Assist the Financial Crime Team in the performance of its activities. This will include, but will not be limited to:
Ensuring Policy and procedural records are kept up-to-date
Assisting in the management of the FCT mailbox, ensuring queries are logged, allocated, followed up and recorded accurately
Verification of identity checks are conducted in line with Know Your Client (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures and appropriate records are retained
Financial sanctions screening is conducted in line with Aon plc requirements
Assisting with the approval of referrals made to the Financial Crime Team
Assisting other members of the Financial Crime Team as required
Working in accordance with agreed procedures and regulatory requirements
Acting as an ambassador for the Financial Crime Team
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
