Who we are looking for
We are looking for three motivated and talented professionals to join our School Partnerships team as Applicants Associates.
The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to applicants throughout their registration and on-boarding journey for the Early Career Teacher (ECT) programme, Ambition Institute’s largest programme.
Based in either our London, Manchester or Birmingham office, and reporting to the Applicants Senior Associate, you will require outstanding written and verbal communication skills to be successful in this role. The role will also allow you to contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies, and ensure data integrity. This exciting role is varied and complex, and will require agile and collaborative individuals to fulfil the needs of the organisation through the provision of excellent customer support to our programme applicants.
We currently have three Applicants Associate vacancies in our School Partnerships team: one permanent role, and two fixed-term roles initially contracted for 7-8 months. If you only wish to be considered for a specific contract type, you will be able to express this at interview stage.
