Business Change Manager (Business Transformation)
Salary: £51,910 per annum
Location: Wembley, London
Duration: 12 Months FTC

Leading on organisational change across several Business Transformation projects, focusing on establishing, developing and delivering change management strategies and plans which are aligned to best practices. You will work productively with internal departments involved in the delivery of change management activities, including project team members, IT, Marketing and Communications, Learning and Development and other 3rd Party service providers.
You’ll join our clients ambitious, close knit and supportive team, they are a team who like to make work as fun as possible. You will be someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and has a passion to understand and care for people impacted by projects and ensure people are prepared and supported in the change process.
You will have in depth experience of successfully delivering in a business change management or organisational change management role and be able to undertake business change assessments where necessary. Detail orientated you’ll understand change theory and methodologies, with a track record of achieving results. You will be comfortable to think outside of the box, try new things and have fun in the process as well as enjoy making the connections between people, projects, processes, and outcomes.
You must be comfortable and confident communicating at all levels in an open, honest, and authentic way, understanding the various contextual needs of different groups.
