Role

What we’re looking for

Inside Sales Executives support our revenue-generation activities, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams. We are looking for energetic, articulate and ambitious individuals to make an impact to the team. There is significant career-progression and earning potential available for the right people.

In addition to carrying-out business development and sales activities, this is a strategic position requiring content creation and development of processes in preparation for team expansion. You will need to manage workflow through the CRM diligently and logically, and coordinate with internal teams to increase effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and generating outreach programs to prospective clients, through calling, emailing and leveraging social media (LinkedIn, etc)
• Qualifying inbound leads and articulating the value of Solidatus
• Developing outreach campaigns with Marketing, Sales and Partner teams
• Researching and mapping prospective customers in target markets
• Providing support to all elements of the sales process
• Creating sales reports that track and measure the success of campaigns and key performance indicators across all channels
• Working with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop sales material from concept to creation
• Managing content distribution to internal and external audiences including customers and partners
• Attending trade shows and exhibitions to support promotional activities and raise market awareness
• Using CRM and other sales tools to maintain accurate records and track campaign activity
• Researching and reporting on market changes and competitive analysis

Experience and qualifications

• Experience, ideally with a background in B2B software sales
• A track record of growing in a self-starting environment, demonstrating your drive, creativity, and intellect
• Experience of providing administrative support
• Experience of coordinating & supporting sales & marketing activities such as exhibitions, events, presentations, email marketing
• Experience within SaaS or cloud-based technology company is a plus
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM Systems (Hubspot), Lead Generation software, Internet & Intranets
