You will be joining a very busy team with plenty of opportunity for growth.ResponsibilitiesStrong focus on dilapidation and tenant alterations instructions, potentially project work would also be possible.Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required.Provide excellent client careMeet target KPIs on work in progress (WIP) management including hours into work in progress (HIW).Business Development and Client Care awareness.Help develop and mentor junior surveyors in the teamAdherence to Health & Safety procedures.Your Profile 1 -3 years PQE with experienceHas the ability to work within a team and on own initiativeBe enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivatedStrong verbal and numerical skills and good report writing skillsWhy join us?We are hardworking, progressive, successful and fun.
