As a Content Designer you will:
• Be an advocate for clear, well-structured, useful and engaging content that features in the right place, at the right time and in the right tone
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams drawn from the five crafts within our design practice – Experience Strategy & Service Design, UX Design, Visual Design, Front-end Development and Design Research
• Create style guides, and other documents to define best practice for content creation
• Actively contribute to the constant evolution of the Deloitte Digital content design practice
• Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

This role is based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, you’ll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond.

Your professional experience
Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer – that’s important. You know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better.
• Experience of writing copy to a prescribed tone of voice
• Experience of liaising directly with a client and other stakeholder groups to achieve content sign-off
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working
• An appreciation of user-centered design
• An understanding that in order to maintain consistency and quality, governance must be defined, shared and implemented. An example would be a style guide, or sign-off process
• Public sector experience
• Experience using Jira and Confluence, Trello, Miro, Mural and Slack
• Experience working in a Strategy & Service Design, UX Design, Visual Design, Front-end Development or Design Research role
