The Data Support Manager (DSM) role is a critical role to promote a data-driven performance culture within NHS Property Services and ensure that the asset management data of the business is complete and accurate.
The DSM roles reside in the Lease Administration team of the Property Management function. Property Management is within the Asset Management directorate. The Property Management team is divided into 7 Regions (South East, South West, London, Midlands, East, North East & Yorkshire and North West). Two DSMs will have increased responsibility and accountability for multiple regions, they will also be instrumental in ensuring best practice is followed by all DSMs. This role will be known as Senior DSM.
DSMs will report directly to the Senior DSM for the region and will have a functional reporting line into the regional Principal Property Manager, The Principal Property Manager (PPM) reports directly to the Head of Property Management.
The DSMs will be responsible for:
Supporting periodic attendance at Business Information meetings to promote the data activity within the asset management function.
