Delivery Partner Support Lead – NPQ Programmes
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

£45,000 per annum (plus £3,000 London Weighting if applicable)
Who we are looking for
We are looking for three motivated and talented candidates to join our NPQ programmes team on a permanent basis as a Delivery Partner Support Lead – NPQ Programmes.
This is a new and important role for the organisation, working as part of the wider NPQ programmes team delivering the Department for Education’s National Professional Qualifications through and in partnership with over 40 multi-academy trusts and teaching school hubs nationally.
The role will report to the Associate Dean, Programme Leader and be responsible for the induction, quality assurance and compliance, training and development, and ongoing relationship management of our NPQ Delivery Partners. The role will work closely with School Partnerships to secure new NPQ Partners and will be one of the main points of contact for partners delivering NPQ programmes in partnership with us, for the duration of the partnership.
The successful candidate will ensure that each Delivery Partner’s NPQ provision meets the required standards, requirements and metrics through designing and implementing a robust programme of quality assurance, monitoring and review, as well as by designing and facilitating an effective induction, training and development offer. They will build strong relationships with each partner to further support achievement of this goal. As part of the wider NPQ programmes team, you will also work to ensure that our overall NPQ offer to Delivery Partners is of the highest quality and impact, and meets the relevant requirements and metrics, including a focus on partner communications and engagement more widely.
Based in our London, Birmingham or Manchester office, this is an exciting new role in our organisation and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role as our ways of working in partnership with others are established.
