It also enjoys a considerable amount of press coverage as a result. This role is about maximizing these reports and media comment, to build Opensignal’s new business pipeline and grow customer retention.We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Executive to support Opensignal’s Marketing team with its lead generation campaigns, external communications and social media activity to new and existing audiences.As Demand Generation Marketing Executive, you will Write and personalise prospect emails with standard and individual messaging and managing distribution of these email campaigns Communicate with senior internal stakeholders on email campaigns and responses, both written and in-person Schedule new business meetings Report weekly and quarterly on activity and results to senior management Manage the demand generation database, using Opensignal’s CRM (HubSpot) to track activities efficiently and accurately. Knowledge of MailChimp also an advantage. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Executive teams Spot new opportunities to amplify the Opensignal message to prospects and encourage a call to action, through external events and content Help develop Opensignal’s social media programme and create content Develop regular communication opportunities with existing customers to support Sales with retention and upsell RequirementsWhat we need from you Organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail and time management skills Highly articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; happy working with people at all levels of seniority and across different countries and time zones Excellent written English and attention to detail Comfortable working with data and updating CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) Be a strong team player but be able to work well independently Meticulously track all activity and measurements Work well under pressure and to deadlines Comfortable and effective at working remotely BenefitsWhat will you get in return?
