You will learn and gain experience through a mix of hands-on development, pair programming, personal study, by attending conferences and benefitting from the wider Equal Experts network. Our teams generally work on client premises most of the time, though during Covid, everything is currently remote. Many of our clients are based around our main offices, however the more flexible you are on travelling, the greater the variety of opportunities we will be able to offer you. This may include working overseas if that interests you.
