The Enterprise Quality and Performance Manager will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the Quality and Performance Management staff for billing and follow-up. This will be completed by providing workflow management, assessing organizational structure, processes and tools, and work productivity and standards. This position will establish goals and objectives for the Quality and Performance Management staff, serve as the primary communication liaison for clinical department leadership, and promote Patient Financial Services initiatives for both Physician and Hospital Billing Offices. The Manager will also manage staffing needs by interviewing and selecting best-fit candidates; complete time-keeping functions; lead through appropriate training, coaching, and corrective action; and serve as the next level of escalation for Quality and Performance Management Supervisors and other departmental contacts.
