The Role This position will sit within our Executive Search division and support both the Director of Business Development and Director of Delivery on all administrative tasks. For this role, you should be well versed in all aspects of administration and personal assisting. We would also expect you to have very strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to all aspects of work you undertake. Responsibilities Organising interviews on behalf of the teamDiary management for the Directors and Business Development AssociatesAdministrative tasks -such as branding CVs, updating advertisements, typing up notes,Market mapping and some basic outreach based on given templatesPulling together information from databases, online sources, Zoominfo for both Client & Delivery functions as well as creating reports of this on a weekly basisCompliance & GDPR AdministrationConducting backdoors and business compliance duties on behalf of the team quarterlySOP for each search including checklist and follow up, PO numbers, signed contracts, right to work, MSA SOW templates and financial paperwork Skills/Experience Required Previous executive assistance or administrative experience is essential – ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in similar rolesVery strong attention to detail is requiredAbility to learn and implement ideas quicklyDiligent and high level of organisation skillsStrong time management skillsCompetent in Microsoft office suite software in particular Microsoft excel This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive company with a very stable and supportive structure; the successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary, plus a benefits package including bonus.
