But at the core of the Company is what we are also recognised for, for being a great executive search, recruitment, interim management and talent strategy firm with a prime focus on the international wealth spaces, especially Family Offices, including sourcing candidates for our Clients in such sectors as banking, investment, wealth & asset management, law, tax, accountancy & audit, philanthropy and lifestyle, as well as such sectors as IT, FinTech, automotive, retail, logistics and pharmaceuticals.
Whilst our HQ is in West Yorkshire, UK, close to the M62, various national rail links, not far from at least two major airports, and the fabulous scenery of the Pennines, the Moors and the Dales, we are looking to recruit several experienced home based/remote Recruiters from any part of the UK, who can initially join us on a self-employed basis with the intention of being offered a permanent (salaried) role later on.
The Company will be continuing to develop and expand. Aside from the North of England, we are looking at the likelihood of an office location in London, and when strategically viable; various international locations over the next 5 years.
This is a superb opportunity for home based/remote (anywhere in the UK) already successful Recruiters to join a growing Company and to be a major and significant part of its and your professional growth.
Apart from Interim Management, we only specialise in permanent recruitment, both on a retained and contingency basis. I mentioned earlier the sectors that we operate in, so if you have skills within those areas and without geographical limitations, if you can bring business to the table, if you have an excellent ‘black book’ of connections and contacts, if you can work both on your own as well as collaboratively with the rest of the Team including our Affiliate Partners, if you are looking for an independent route to professional recruitment success, with the back office support of an established Company & brand and, forgive the idiom, you can ‘hit the ground running’, then we would like to have a chat with you.
You are experienced as a Recruiter based anywhere in the UK, with in an ideal world a minimum of five years success within your own sectors. Recognised by and/or membership by Bodies such as the IoR, REC, CIPD, etc., would be a bonus but not essential.
The important thing is that you have integrity, you are highly professional, you can set your own targets which align with what we all need to achieve, how you see Recruitment in any of its forms as being the choice of Profession and career for you and also that you can see that the Stickfest Group is going to be the route to that further growth and success.
Initially, there is a very decent commission structure in place. There will be an opportunity later on to be offered a salaried/employed role with the Company, with generous benefits attached. That will all be discussed at interview.
