This is flexible, remote, independent contractor work. You must have previous experience. Qualified candidates will -· Must be an attorney;· Must have experience in securities, and financial services;· Must have knowledge of securities laws and regulations;· Must have strong contracts experience and experience drafting playbooks. · Experience with either ISDA and/or CSA are needed/helpful.
