This person will also have the opportunity to drive, create and shape a market leading team.ResponsibilitiesTo build and deliver a profitable and market leading a service plan for the development of the service over the next 5 yearsTo build a team to deliver the service planAdvise and direct the firm on their own sustainability agendaYour ProfileExperienceExtensive experience of sustainable/ESG real estate products10 + years of relevant market experienceDemonstration of delivery of Net Zero benchmarking and projects.Proven track record of developing and leading teams and developing strategy on Sustainability/ESG/Climate Change activities.In depth knowledge of UN Sustainability Developments Goals and the principles of the other major sustainability/climate change/ESG regulations.Background in Sustainability/ESG/Climate Change with experience as a strategy adviser/consultant.Proven track record of successful decision-making, problem solving and conflict resolutionA leader who promotes collaboration and good teamworkExcellent good oral and written communication skills in English and an ability to communicate complex proposals.Demonstration of an ability to lead a multi-discipline/jurisdiction projectFamiliarity with the public sector and with the relevant policy making bodiesWhy join us?We are hardworking, progressive, successful and fun.
