Our client, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. Our client is an award winning publisher with over 1,500 employees.
The position is due to start ASAP on a full time basis and the salary for this position is £36,680 – £45,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in using HRIS software.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Provide front line HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on all employee relations, ensuring consistent and fair handling of all matters and adhering to company policies and procedures and employment law
Support the Head of HR and VP of HR in the delivery of strategy, and input into development of company policies that reflect best practise and comply with the la
Maintain and build strong working relationships with the Global HR teams to ensure a consistent approach is adhered to when appropriate
Responsible for the full employee engagement/life cycle from recruitment and selection and departure, ensuring best practises and company policies are adhered to
Responsible for maintaining employee records whilst being compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations and adhering to the department retention policy
Maintain strong working relationship with payroll team to ensure changes to employee pay and/or benefits are actioned in a timely fashion to meet payroll runs
Complete monthly KPI and turnover data to finance, and provide data for input into the yearly budget preparation
Where appropriate arrange work Visas in conjunction with external legal counsel and the Border Agency, and investigate set up for new territories and analyse the viability of any potential transfers or new hires
Experience working as a commercial HR Business Partner in a dynamic organisation
Strong communication skills with confident delivery
Proficient using HRIS software
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent skills in influencing and dealing with conflict
