A rewarding and exciting job opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate people manager to join our in house maintenance team in the role of Maintenance Supervisor.
This role will cover our North Neighbourhood which consists of West London, North London, Enfield and surrounding areas. The role reports into the Maintenance Team Manager for the area.
You will be responsible for the management of day to day repairs and will look after a team of circa 10 Multi trade and specialist maintenance operatives who work across the Neighbourhood. You will be confident to give advice to operatives on complexed jobs and hard fixes and will be responsible for interacting and engaging regularly and taking ownership to ensure residents are satisfied.
You will also have links to the wider business area and will liaise with the Neighbourhood and caretaking teams as well as the Planning and Scheduling team, contact centre and other supervisors to ensure consistency in service delivery.

You will be confident in managing contractors, meeting regularly with the commercial team and reporting any relevant information on performance to them.
We expect our Supervisors to look have a good understanding of Health and Safety including knowledge of Asbestos, Fire and Hygiene and for them to pass this knowledge on to their teams. Dealing quickly with any breaches or potential problems before they happen.
