Looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Finance team. You will be based in our London office.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensure all accounting entries and monthly management accounts are processed in an accurate and timely manner and within agreed time frames
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Manage the payroll process for our 200+ contractors
Raise, record, and send out sales invoices
Responsible for updating daily cash flow
Reviewing systems and procedures to ensure adequate controls are in place and to ensure financial information is produced in a timely manner
Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business
Supporting the weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting/reporting
Manage the group payroll process including expense processing and payments
Liaise directly with auditors to ensure relevant information is provided and an annual audit is delivered on time
Assist with maintenance and implementation of financial controls.
Desired Skills and Experience:
3+ years relevant experience (industry or practice)
Good understanding of basic accounting concepts, systems, and processes.
Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to apply a methodology for ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Experience producing management reports
Strong computer skills including Excel (min. Pivot Tables, What-if), Word; Navision Dynamics/Business Central (Preferred)
VAT knowledge (Essential) with some International accounting experience
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Confident in producing ad-hoc financial reports
Confident team player with strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.
A good communicator, both oral and written, who is an approachable team player.
Have completed or been working towards a qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
