Whether you lead yourself, a team, or the company, everyone is a leader at A&F.Job DescriptionThe EMEA Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting all regional marketing activities including Campaigns, Influencers, PR, Creative and EMEA stores. This will include marketing opportunities across Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co and Gilly Hicks.They will be an integral part of our EMEA Marketing Team, based in our regional Head Office in London, and work jointly with our cross-functional Global Marketing Teams, based in Columbus, Ohio. This close collaboration will allow them to advance our marketing strategies and campaigns, whilst raising brand awareness and acquiring new customers in EMEA.What will you be doing? Maintain seasonal, monthly and annual projects, timelines and reports for the EMEA marketing team Gather assets for post-campaign and ad-hoc reporting to be shared company wide. Collect images and metrics from various teams in order to help compile campaign recaps and larger marketing recaps. Collaborate cross-functionally both in Europe and Globally to communicate plans, updates and any changes to key stakeholders across departments, including Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Legal, PR and Insights. Provide creative ideas for new trends in marketing, Gen Z and fashion whilst working closely with Insights team to ensure we’re always on the pulse of what’s coming up in industry. Actively grow the EMEA influencer program with new recruits, opportunities and fresh ideas for innovative influencer partnerships. Maintain relationships with leading external partners, supporting the Marketing Manager to proactively manage external agency projects and requirements. Provide support to EMEA retail stores including sourcing marketing opportunities, resources and admin assistance. Monitor budget for marketing team, acting as point person for accounting, submitting and tracking invoices, reviewing monthly budget reports, and maintaining a bird’s eye view on current and future marketing expenditures. Project manage the marketing asset library with Global and bespoke EMEA creative, sharing to relevant x-functional teams and partners. Support on all EMEA based activations, events and in-store requirements.What will you need to bring? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, Advertising or related field required Will have 1-2 years work experience in marketing, project management or related role. Retail brand experience is helpful. Strong planning, organisation, numerical and prioritisation skills Experience in delivering campaigns across marketing channels a plus Experience having worked in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plus Will be resilient, enthusiastic, comfortable with ambiguity & will thrive in a fast-paced, fluid retail environment Will have a keen understanding of Gen Z market, identifying brand marketing opportunities and love being first to know of new trends in social media, influencers, PR and retail.
