As Measurement Manager, you’ll be helping to develop a clear measurement framework for the Aviva master-brand including what and when short and long term metrics would be affected. This role will report to our experienced Measurement Lead and will be part of the wider Group Brand and Reputation team.The Measurement Manager will be responsible for assisting the Measurement Lead to show commercialisation of the brand by helping to build systems and measurement frameworks to track and maximise return on investment and communicate the benefit of brand in a way that is clear to stakeholders.This role can be based from any of our offices: London, York, Norwich or Bristol, and will also benefit from Aviva’s smart working arrangements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Measurement Lead in shaping the master-brand measurement framework working with data scientists as well as Brand / Marketing / Insights / UK Measurement teams for a 360 view of our activity and to identify strong remedial actions.
