This role reports to the Post Completion Team Leader with a dotted line to the Head of Department (Legal Director) in Gloucester.

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak.

Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Post Completion Team Leader within the busy Residential New Homes Department.

About You:
Experience of working within residential conveyancing is useful but not essential as full ‘on the job’ training will be provided.

This role meets the requirements in respect of exempted questions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
