Job Title: Patient Liaison Assistant

Our client is a Private Fertility Clinic based in Central London, a state of the art Clinic who are experts within their field. They are passionate about their work, looking after their patients offering a high end service and also their staff, ensuring training is provided with opportunities for growth within the Clinic.
We have a new role due to expansion for an Patient Liaison Assistant and we are looking for a start date of mid July.
The successful candidate will firstly be based with the Reception team whilst learning the ropes and will work throughout the Clinic in each department whilst training and gathering a good understanding of how the Clinic is run. They will then take up their position alongside the Nursing team and other colleagues as a Patient Liaison Assistant.
This is a very important position as you will be working to targets so excellent communication and administrative skills are required, also the ability to liaise directly with patients, Doctors, colleagues and as you will be working with the head of HR you will have an excellent attention to detail and due diligence.
Specific duties include:
The Patient Liaison Assistant will also ensure the Clinic complies with CMA (Competition & Marketing Authority) directive by ensuring all patients have completed relevant consents forms, informed of intended treatment and estimated costings prior to commencing treatment. To also maintain contact with both the Clinic and RMU patients to provide ongoing support post embryo transfer.

If you have worked within Private Healthcare for at least two years within a customer service/administrative role and looking to further your career working within a renowned Fertility Clinic this could be the role for you.
We need someone who enjoys working within an extremely busy environment, working to deadlines, has an excellent eye for detail and has also been involved with compliance, any audits, due diligence and has a solid grasp of communicating effectively with patients, Doctors and colleagues alike.
