We have seen significant growth across all areas of our business in the last 24 months and currently are looking to hire an ambitious People Business Partner to develop a People function fit to support our continued growth in headcount & revenue across the business.
Reporting to the Group Operations Director this role will provide a value-added service to management and employees that reflects and delivers upon the business objectives.
The successful candidate will have an open mind to what needs to be done and be prepared to be hands on as well as a leader. You will be as engaged in putting together HR policies, to coaching the senior leadership team, to supporting the board on the people agenda. We are looking for a highly engaged and emotionally intelligent People lead to help take our business to the next level.
The role includes but is not limited to the following key responsibilities:
Leading and directing the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business, ensuring that all company HR processes & procedures are kept up to date.
Working with Directors and senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues
Understand local legislation across global offices (UK/USA/Europe) and ensure risk mitigation
Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
Drive alignment between People strategy and business goals.
Managing HR business change projects & initiatives
Effectively managing HR systems & data integrity.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have a proactive attitude, be results focused, with a flexible approach on problem solving. You should have the ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment and be prepared to work both strategically and in a hands-on capacity
The role can be based in either London, Manchester, Birmingham, or Bristol.
