Secondary is Services companies / IT service industry (large market).Knowledge of formalised sales processes (likely understand ‘challenger’ sale)Worked in product specific companies with territories in northern Europe.Experience working within ‘matrix selling’ – like we do as EV with IL, the apps teams in Oracle, SAP, Infor.Some experience in start-ups (small companies) where can operate under own initiative rather than rely on ‘big’ machineMajor account development and most important – new-enterprise selling – ‘Hunter’ new-business mentality Strong Business Development (Hunting) / Relationship management / Account management is preferred.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
