A Housing Association based in London, seeking for a Project Accountant to join the team.

Description

The Project Accountant working for a Housing Association based in London will be responsible for:

• Accounting for all scheme developments in order to accurately reflect the financial position of

  the development

• Providing regular forecasts of expected scheme out turns
• Business partnering with budget holders, monitoring their budgets and delivering their operational targets
• Providing accurate and timely information for development cost of sales used for profit calculations, budgets and forecasts
• Carrying out reconciliation of all capital related balance sheet accounts

Profile

The Project Accountant working for a Housing Association based in London will have:

• Experience of working in a Project Accountant/Development Accountant position in a housing/property organisation
• Experience of carrying out large volumes of analysis of financial information
• Be part-qualified and actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
