Role Summary
Property Management is one of CBRE’s key service lines and is one of the largest service line departments in Leeds. This role is joining one of our office’s largest management instructions – our SIPP Team.
Utilising the national network of property managers and sector specific experts, supported by a strong Real Estate Accountancy Services in Glasgow and Facilities Management team, they enable their client to focus on their core business by managing their real estate with total efficiency and with the aim of maximising its value. Their investment in both people and technology has created a state-of-the-art property management service, ironing out inefficiencies and adding value all the time.
We are looking for a Property Administrator to provide full administrative support to the Property Management – SIPP team. The ideal candidate will be a capable administrator who has experience working in a commercial professional services environment.
This role is working with a very strong team of 9 property professionals and one other team administrator. Many of our Property Administrators have chosen to progress to a career within CBRE as property professionals and we are happy to support and encourage those with ambition.
