The purpose of this role is to draft renewals documentation & ensure the general administration of the department is carried out. The role also includes carrying out property inspections. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections on a regular basis and to report on all issues found on site.
• Responsible for liaising with tenants & landlords to agree renewal terms. • Maintaining and building relationships with both internal and external clients to provide a good customer service to all clients. • Responsible for a set of portfolios during all stages. • Keeping up to date with changes in legislations to ensure the company comply with any changes effecting landlord & tenants. • Responsible for issuing work orders for all compliance tests i.e. gas safety checks, electrical installation condition reports, EPC’s and ensuring the correct checks are carried out in accordance with legislation. • Responsible for all administration regarding Tenancy renewals and property inspection including raising invoices, drafting tenancy agreements. • Responsible for arranging and conducting property inspections. • As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections on a regular basis and to report on all issues found on site. • Providing monthly statistics to branch manager. • Responsible for checking invoices for which work may have been carried out in properties. • Ensuing all databases are kept up to date.
• Good administration skills, • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car. • Strong IT skills • Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written. • Able to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone. • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Ability to present self in a professional manner when dealing with the customers and clients of the business.
• Previous experience within Estate Agency.
