The Receptionist manages and coordinates a variety of activities associated with the first introduction of our hospital to visiting outside individuals.
Business office duties.
Route and screen calls.
Greet outside individuals.
Respond to inquires from the public and provide information about the organization.
Helping to monitor the access of visitors.
Customer Service Skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Ability to project a professional Image.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (Excel, Word processing, databases, PowerPoint, etc.).
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous healthcare experience required.
