This position will report directly to the Global Systems and Operations Manager (based in NYC) and will be joining a global team of Sales Support Analysts. We are looking for a detailed orientated, organized individual that can work in a fast paced, energetic organization that has excellent career growth opportunities. This individual must be a self-starter, proactive and own the responsibilities of this role.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Support Administrator
Data Quality & Administration
Be an advocate for data integrity and quality on Salesforce
Qualify, manage, and direct all inbound leads on Salesforce
Process account requests, transfers and merges
Administer Salesforce ad-ons
Create, maintain & monitor revenue dashboards and reporting on team results
Revenue Team Support
Develop an understanding of Sales and Client Services business rules and processes
Maintain monthly revenue and BDM activity reports
Assist with new-hire set up
Perform other duties as required
Assist department heads with thoughtful sales analysis, department trends & staff performance
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Undergraduate degree advantageous
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects
Detailed orientated and extremely organized
An analytical mindset & curiosity for discovering trends in data
The ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment – both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with basic data analysis including preparation of reports and charts in Excel and PowerPoint
