Together we seek purpose, meaning and impact in everything that we do.The roleWe are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Associate to work on a range of corporate clients as well as some of our private and public sector clients in the healthcare space. There is also an opportunity to work on a number of pro-bono clients and projects.We are looking for someone with experience of working in communications and corporate reputation management for global corporate clients. The successful candidate will also have some public affairs experience, a genuine interest in public policy and experience of translating policy insights into impactful communications programmes. Some experience in public or private healthcare communications preferred.The role will include supporting in the preparation of corporate reputation strategies, development of communications and stakeholder engagement plans, providing public policy and regulatory insights, drafting of narratives and media relations. Responsibilities:Securing the confidence of colleagues and clients as a mid-level communications advisor on a wide range of corporate communications issues and disciplinesProviding policy analysis/insight across a range of corporate and healthcare clients, using these insights to help inform communications actions/programmesKeeping abreast of the political landscape and identifying/responding to corresponding reputational challenges/opportunities. Supporting with the development of creative corporate/healthcare communications strategies and campaigns for clients and issues and working as part of a team to ensuring their successful deliveryDeveloping corporate positioning, messaging and narrative frameworksProactively building internal and external networks with colleagues, opinion leaders, journalists, professional associations, online influencers and other relevant third partiesHandling media engagement for clients including proactive sell-ins and drafting of OpEds as well as seeking out media and speaker opportunities for clients.Overseeing the production of briefing and research documents. Taking a lead in developing junior team members and ensuring the smooth functioning of account delivery teams.
