Senior Application Support Analyst/Mid Application Support Analyst – £40,000-£60,000 doe

We’re looking for talented and customer focussed Application Analysts at varying levels to come and join a global firm that partner with consruction companies all over the world. In this growing support team you will be amongst the first to join the application branch of support and act as the face of IT alongside the Service Desk.
The app landscape is growing with the implementation of MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint etc). The purpose of this role is to support all enterprise applications within our clients user base of 750-800 employees; if Senior support you will lead from a technical perspective, holding a deeper understanding of 2nd/3rd line responsibilities whilst mentoring others within the team.
The wider application support team do everything from first line (building laptops, installation of software) all the way through to routine maintenance, support, fixing, configuration and enhancements of business operated systems. If you have experience supporting ERP related systems such as CRM, HR, Finance that would be beneficial but not desired.
You’d also be pro-active in looking forward to new releases of off-shelf platforms and provisions by Microsoft and schedule timely updates.
These roles are fully remote for now however there will be some on-site presence required to be the ‘Face of IT’ and to meet with Senior Managers at their offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester once we are back to normal times.
