As a highly organised self-starter with a great attention to detail, you will be able to engage with a wide range of business stakeholders and build relationships with development and delivery teams across Kindred.
What you will do:
Liaise with Development teams to plan delivery of new features to the content management system;
Support Commercial, Product and Development teams with content change management activities;
Take ownership of newly released Front End elements and CMS features – help populating and refining site content, communicate the changes to intended stakeholders and demonstrate the changes to wide range of stakeholder groups;
Take ownership of your assigned delivery initiative and manage expectations and commitments to key stakeholders, providing status updates and identifying and remove blockers;
Take proactive approach in requirement analysis and assist the rest of the team where required;
Populate and refine global site elements, ensuring that Kindred sites are kept consistent and to a high standard;
Help Designers and Product Owners with site localisation;
At times, step up to act as the point of contact for your team towards the wider business channeling and delegating requests as appropriate;
Assist Head of Content Delivery with managing team’s backlog and by taking part in planning the delivery roadmaps and upcoming projects;
Investigate reported front end errors, fix or raise the issues with the appropriate teams.
You’ll have experience planning and delivering variety of digital and web based projects in a complex delivery environment. In addition to this you’ll be:
