Service Sales Representative – WD
What you will do
As Service Sales Representative you will be responsible for contract sales of our portfolio of JCI service solutions including fire and security, HVAC, BMS and OpenBlue throughout your defined geographical territory. You will manage the sales cycle, proactively seeking out new customers with a focus on medium and large end-users and facilities management companies in order to gain new business and increase wallet-share.
How you will do it
To be successful as a Service Sales Representative you will identify the best accounts to target for growth as well as having the opportunity to create relationships through careful planning, business development activity and internal stakeholder engagement. You will create opportunities to bid on service contracts and present technical information to board level. You will manage leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
What we look for
Experience in a business to business service sales representative position, or similar role. Understanding of asset tagging and creating service contract tenders. Ability to function independently. Excellent communication skills; ability to leverage resources and engage operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service. Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organisation. This is a field based role so a full UK driving license is essential
Experience/knowledge of Hard FM, fire and security, HVAC, BMS or similar service offering. Ability to demonstrate adding value in the sales process. Knowledge/experience using CRMs, in particular Salesforce.com.
