THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proven supervisory experience and relevant supervisory training/qualification
Textile industry knowledge an advantage but not essential.
Intermediate skill with Excel and other Microsoft related products.
Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team and have a flexible approach to their work.
Working with a second shift team leader, managing a skilled team of 50+ in our 1st Makeup and Press areas, this is an important role in ensuring consistent workflow, prioritising urgent work, scanning of tickets, ensuring health and safety/housekeeping and updating of risk assessments, standard operating procedures, reporting to the Operations Manager and the day to day supervision of the room.
Our skilled team operates across 3 shifts in Press and days/twilights in 1st Makeup. The hours of work will be covering a roster working 6am – 2pm and 2pm until 10pm.
