Responsibilities – Technical Wordings Specialist – Insurance (Home Based / Virtual, UK)
We’re looking for a Technical Wordings Specialist to join our Retail Broking Team to be
responsible for the delivery of product wordings which includes, competitor analysis, writing, negotiating wordings, undertaking comparison work and other product collateral e.g. intranet pages, summaries, IPID plus ongoing maintenance updates.

About the Role
Your impact as a Technical Wordings Specialist:
Wording expert – Ability to write, interpret and negotiate policies
Carrying out policy comparison reviews and provide product support materials
Interfacing with the market in developing and maintaining Commerical Risk UK standard wordings / minimum acceptable wordings
Working with the product development team and business leaders to develop new products and services
Coaching and developing staff in technical issues and carry out product awareness training
Contributing to the establishment of professional and technical service standards within Aon UK Ltd
Developing and enhancing technical knowledge and expertise
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
