Trainee Recruitment Consultant Part Time

Skillfinder International is a leading global recruiter, providing expertise to our clients across Europe, Asia and the Americas into Financial Services, Technology as well as the Gaming & e-Sports markets.

We are expanding our business and with offices in London, Luxembourg, Frankfurt and Prague we are seeking to bring together a team of trainee consultants to take part in an intensive 4 week training course, with a permanent offer at the end for those who successfully pass. The 4 week training course is fully salaried on a prorated basis and will be based in our London City office.

What are we looking for:-

• Some sales experience, ideally phone sales
• Be organised and disciplined, hardworking and positive attitude
• Capable of working within a high pressured sales environment
• Be able to demonstrate an ability of building strong relationships and delivering results
• French and/or German language skills would be advantageous
