This position is responsible for parking permit issuance, maintain timely and accurate revenue management and systematic record keeping. Responsible for employee management such as employee schedules, evaluations, and problem solving. This position will provide positive focused customer relations and be able to resolve concerns, conflicts and grievances with students, employees and visitors. Skillful communications with UK departments and third parties is essential. Confidence with software management is crucial.
