Hutchinson Health (HH), a regional medical center and part of the HealthPartners family of care, consisting of a 66-bed hospital and five clinic locations, is seeking a Vice President of Operations (VPO).  Hutchinson Health is known for its progressive approach to patient care, combining the latest in science and technology with a culture that emphasizes quality, compassion and teamwork.  Hutchinson Health is located approximately 60 miles west of Minneapolis in a community of 15,000.

The Vice President of Operations is an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team.  This position will provide vision and leadership across all aspects within Hutchinson Health and directly to seven departments in Operations.  In addition, the VPO will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing systems and services and leading multiple organizational projects and initiatives.
