The team offers forensic accounting and forensic technology services on a wide range of contentious matters including dispute resolution, fraud and bribery investigations, personal injury and insurance claims, both in the UK and internationally.
Carrying out and managing more junior staff on the following:
Dealing with Commercial Disputes / Expert witness elements
Attending meetings together with Head of the team and leading meetings when required
Liaising with the parties and competition authorities and chasing information
Managing client engagements including client set up and control of lock up
Working to promote opportunities by developing new relationships with Law firms and other professional bodies
Networking with lawyers and regulators
Attending marketing events
Qualified Accountant or equivalent
