We are recruiting for a Service Advisor/Aftersales Advisor to join our clients family-run dealership based in Kent.
You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles into the dealership for scheduled maintenance and unplanned repairs, managing their expectations and providing an excellent customer experience throughout.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone.
As a Service Advisor you are quick to identify the needs of the customers and opportunities to upsell, with a strong understanding of the importance of the aftersales process. You will need work to tight timescales and thrive on the pressure of a busy service department. Alongside your customer first attitude, you will maximise sales, maintain customer retention and over achieve on targets.
Previous motor trade experience would be an advantage along with good computer skills and an acute attention to detail.
You will need to have a full UK driving license.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
