Associate Building Surveyor – Multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy – Central London

A rapidly growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, are looking for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor.

Your new company
A multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in London, are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. This consultancy provides professional and contract services to a range of public sector, commercial, development and education clients. Through organic growth and close client relationships, this consultancy continues to grow year on year.

Your new role
As a Senior Building Surveyor within the Building Consultancy team, you will be providing a full range of services to your clients, in keeping with the company’s high standard. As they continue to grow so will the team, with more and more Building Surveyors joining, you will then play a part in managing the more junior Surveyors.

What you’ll need to succeed
Must be an MRICS Building Surveyor, with experience working within a fast paced and fee earning environment. To be successful in the role, you will have the ability to provide professional and contract services to a range of clients.

What you’ll get in return
Up to £60K annual salary + Bonus, private healthcare, 24 days annual leave and pension.
