Due to an increasing workload this boutique Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) for their London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a well respected consultancy with a great reputation in the industry and the potential to build a QS/cost team to manage.
The successful candidate will be involved in both new and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors such as residential, commercial and education. You will be expected to work independently but under the guidance of a founding Partner.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying with substantial experience within a recognised PQS firm and looking to develop your career. Ideally you should be RICS qualified and/or working towards.
This is an opportunity to be a bigger part of a smaller company and become an integral part of its success and growth by undertaking fee earning responsibilities and subsequent development of a strong cost team. That said, you must also be expected to “dig in” (especially in the early stages) with the usual quantity surveying duties on small and large projects alike.
