My client seeks an experienced Atlassian Product Administrator (Confluence and JIRA) with a background in technical leadership to join their Operations team. The role will involve leading the definition and implementation of my client’s Confluence and JIRA strategy and provide thought leadership to the business.
You will have extensive experience and specialise in JIRA and Confluence tools. You may have a background within business analysis, project management or quality assurance and have championed the use of JIRA and Confluence.
You will have strong commercial experience with:
Supporting JIRA, Confluence and Mavenlink administration
Creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations
Experience of leading minor and major JIRA/Confluence upgrades
Performance tuning in conjunction with the JIRA hosting partner
Understand and adapt XML configuration files in regard to JIRA integrations
