Our client, an incredibly well-established, global luxury travel company, are looking to recruit an articulate, experienced Sales/Customer Support Advisor to join their fun, sociable Central London office on a permanent basis. Having recently secured a huge investment, our client are looking to expand on their market dominance and continue to grow exponentially, so this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client over luxurious cruises to VIP customers across the UK and EMEA, and are the market leader in their area of the cruise world. Given their incredible customer reach and popularity, they have an extensive amount of corporate partners/trade partners who require an excellent service. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
Executing follow-up activities assigned by Territory Managers post sales-call
Acting as the first point of contact for trade partners to obtain voyage detail and pricing, etc
Managing new account set-ups and ensuring compliance with required documents
Reporting and monitoring trends in account performance and sales activities
Employing technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas to ensure effective presentation of company products and services
Liaising with internal departments to ensure successful resolution of any trade-related queries
Attending sales events when required
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
Experience in providing support to a wider sales team
Experience in managing key client accounts
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fun, sociable personality + the ability to forge long-lasting relationships
Excellent IT skills (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organised, detail-orientated approach to work
