The opportunity

Position: Benefits Analyst

Location: UK – London /Borehamwood

The Opportunity

Working alongside the total reward team and wider people team, reporting to the Total Reward Manager in London, the Benefits Analyst will have responsibility in administering and maintaining the Just Eat Takeaway benefits programs for primarily our UK businesses. This will also include analysing opportunities in setting up of new entities and benefits programmes for new operations and customer service offerings. Just Eat Takeaway is growing fast and the opportunity for this role to support more global markets is also a possibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for benefit-related issues in the UK

• Manage the UK pension scheme, including facilitating governance meetings

• Supervise and coordinate work activities of third-party vendors relating to insurance, pension and wellness topics

• Manage routine invoices process for payment with third-party vendors

• Assist with the local implementation of benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements

• Manage annual renewal cycle for benefits programme including the annual enrolment window

• Fulfil all reporting requirements of relevant government rules and regulations

• Work with key stakeholders in the UK business and people leadership team on associated projects

• Work with UK subsidiaries to align and deliver benefits with cost effective scale

Required skills and experience

• Solid experience of benefits realisation in complex business change environments such as identifying and realising benefits in a programme

• Experience owning relationships with external vendors

• Identifying and measuring employee benefits and value

• Proven experience in compensation and/or benefits analysis, administration, design, and/or consulting

• Global compensation and/or benefits experience preferred

• Experience working with a flexible benefit provider

• Exceptional analytical, mathematical and Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot table, Formulas)
