Right now, we’re looking for a Business Administrator to join our CES team based at Citigen in Central London. Here you’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks and receptionist duties, some of which include:
Providing administration support to the team including travel arrangements, room bookings, hire cars etc.
Acting as the point of contact in the office for site teams requiring information or support.
Placing orders for goods and services via SAP.
Booking training courses and maintaining up to date training records.
Ensuring new starters have the necessary IT equipment, PPE, security passes etc.
Provide support to the CES Maintenance Planner liaising with site engineers to collate asset information.
Provide support to the AMR (Automatic Meter Read) Manager to facilitate general administration of reporting system

What we need from you
Previous proven Administration experience.
Achieved or working towards a relevant business qualification e.g. NVQ level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience of working with SAP.
Highly approachable with effective communication skills and the ability to take a confident and diplomatic approach with colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload and multitask.
Excellent attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with the ability to actively seek out, understand and respond to information and build knowledge in relation to the business systems and processes.
A flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure, make decisions and meet tight deadlines.
Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and produce it in a clear and logical format.

The salary for this role is £23,897 – £31,014 + London Allowance of up to £3,550 pa.
This is a permanent position.
The role is based at Citigen, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, London, EC1M 6PB.
Due to the nature of this role a Criminal Record check will be required.
