Business Process Improvement Manager – Digital – Central London
Business Process Improvement Manager required for the national organisation based near Euston, Central London, where you will play a key part in the development and delivery of a range of digital engineering and wider business process improvement and governance activities. This will include mapping of existing processes, identifying gaps and recommending alternatives for improvement. All of this will assist the wider digital transformation agenda.
Within the role, you will develop and maintain the digital engineering process architecture and process maturity, whilst being an SME for business analysis, process mapping and re-engineering.
Key Skills of the role
Prior experience of business process improvement and re-engineering, gained within a challenging multi-site operation.
Experience mapping and managing large scale processes.
Experience gained developing and using performance measures to identify and resolve process problem areas.
Previous experience working in large, complex organisations with multiple digital requirements.
Quality, lean and continuous improvement experience gained in a fast-paced matrix environment.
The salary for this position is up to £49,000 per annum, dependent on the experience, plus excellent benefits and progression opportunities.
