*LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINER OPPORTUNITY REQUIRED IN LONDON, BIRMINGHAM AND MANCHESTER*

LOCATION- LONDON, BIRMINGHAM AND MANCHESTER
DURATION- 4 MONTHS CONTRACT
RATE- £350-450 PER WORKING DAY
OUR CLIENT IS A CHAIN OF HIGH END DEPARTMENT STORED SITUATED THROUGHOUT THE UNITED KINGDOM.
As part of our client’s ambitions to continue to be an extraordinary place to work, they are implementing a new Workforce Management system which will provide the Team Members with access to Real Time rotas and improved scheduling through a new app.
In order to ensure this is delivered successfully, we are recruiting a number of Trainers with Business Change Management expertise to work within the team, specifically aligned to the Workforce Management project.
The purpose of these roles is to ensure that all relevant team members and line managers are trained and supported through go-live to enable adoption of the new system and ways of working into business as usual.
. Develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the Workforce Management system and the case for change, prior to the project rollout. . Deliver training to Retail Team Members and Line Managers in an engaging and professional manner, which supports and promotes the values. . Track attendance and feedback from training and use this to develop proposals as to what could be improved for the Workforce Management Change Manager. . Utilise the platforms and communication channels to engage team members with the features and functionality available for the new tools. . Coach and develop the change network and super users.
Describe key competencies required.
. Strong training delivery experience essential, preferably within a retail environment. . Experience of systems training in a project context. . Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels. . Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quality assure training and support materials. . The ability to work independently, as well as within a wider team. . Strong organisation skills to manage workload and priorities and an ability to reliably meet tight deadlines.
