About The Job
The CFO/Director of Finance is responsible for the oversight and administration of the financial affairs including an accounting system encompassing the entire revenue cycle including billing receivables, credit and collections, payables, and financial reporting for all the components of the organization. The CFO identifies issues and works with the various stakeholders to improve financial performance and as part of the senior leadership team works to set and meet the strategic goals of the organization including the operations of the assigned departments and regulatory responsibility.
What We Are Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Experience:
Must have demonstrated competency in financials for at least three years and demonstrated competency in financial management for one year.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Must have demonstrated competency in computer proficiency and knowledge of spreadsheet software.
Special Skills, Competencies, and Aptitudes:
Self-motivated, detail oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work with diverse groups.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Proficiency with presentation skills.
